How much would I make annually by being a part time vet and a successful doggy daycare owner?

I have wanted to be a vet since I was 5 years old (I am 16 now). However my grades aren’t that good. Please don’t give me crap about the bad grades thing. So realistically I need to come up with an alternative if my dream of being a vet doesn’t work out. How much would I make if I started my own doggy daycare/ boarding place that has become successful as well as become a licensed vet tech?
What you described is probably the highest point of those careers. Which means those positions will take decades to achieve, and obviously plenty of not-so-successful business to live through. Dreaming big is nice, but realistically, very few small businesses make it to the top, and even more go bankrupt. If you are considering this lifestyle, you should be thinking not just about the highs, but the lows and the mediocre’s too.
I suggest you stop by actual businesses and chat with them for a few minutes. This will really help you decide more than anything if this is for you. Don’t rely on strangers online!
